Well, yesterday was day one of HBO Max in the UK… and it seemed very much as if there was only one decent thing to do about that. Start watching The Pitt.
Episode one was excellent – a fast pace, a tremendous cast, the potential for some real emotional depth.
I don’t know about you, but I find it quite hard to watch things that recall the pandemic so vividly. But I suppose we do need to reflect on what happened there.
Oh, and I was reminded too of just how much I still miss ER.
